A high foam alkaline detergent for cleaning and degreasing machinery, equipment and all hard surfaces in the food industry and catering establishments.

Designation

1. hard floors on production, walls, tails, window sill , handrails, additional equipment.
2. production and transport of food, surface having direct contact with food,
3. cutting and preparing meat, fish industry

Methods of use

Solution about the concentration 2-5% ( 200-500ml/10l of water ), depends of the degree of contamination, apply on dirty surface and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse the surface with clean drinking water, with manual method or high pressure.

Preparation is accomplishing its task at applying in the temperature range 20-60°C.
