 TENZI Q10 Flexi Ceramic Quartz

A Flexible professional product based on oligomer prepolymer Si14O2. Due to its new improved formula, TENZI Q10 provides the perfect look and paint protection. Creates a superhydrophobic coating which thanks to its flexibility is more resistant to damage. TENZI Q10 is a guarantee of long-lasting and durable protection against moisture, salt, weather conditions and UV rays. Enhances the depth and clarity of paintwork creating a mirror finish.

Up to 3-5 years

METHOD OF USE

1. Read products safety data sheet below before using.
2. Perform the whole operation in 18-20°C (in dust free and closed room for the best effect).
3. Apply Q10 to clean and free of oil and grease car paint with the applicator pad provided working one section at a time.
4. Leave for approx. 10 minutes (bonding time).
5. Remove excess product and buff lightly with microfibre cloth to a mirror finish.
5. Repeat the application 3 times at intervals of approx. 3 hours (3 layers recommended).
6. After applying the last layer the time of self- hardening is at least 8 hours.

WARNING

• Do not use the product in temperature below 10ºC!
• Do not expose the surface to sunlight.
• Make sure that the surface is not hot.
• Provide proper ventilation and fresh air without creating dust in the atmosphere.

MAINTAINENCE & CARE

The vehicle exterior paintwork must be maintained and washed regularly to prevent contamination build up (ie, fortnightly/monthly).

TENZI Q7 & Q10 is a self cleaning coating, and helps makes cleaning the car very easy. Minimal products and effort is required. All that is required is care!

POST APPLICATION MAINTENANCE

DO NOT WASH THE CAR FOR 7 DAYS AFTER APPLICATION OF Q10

Do not be concerned about dust or soiling during this period and do not wipe the car with dust on it. Use compressed air or an air blower to remove dust, other than that, or in the case of bird droppings, tree sap or any other environmental fallout, use water and wipe off gently & tap dry.

Do not cover the vehicle with a top cover as it may cause scratches.

It is also recommended to try and minimize vehicle usage within this period.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

The idea of safely washing your car is to follow a process that minimises the marring damage caused while at the same time ensuring you remove any built up dirt and grime or other loose surface contaminants from all surfaces. This is not just limited to paintwork but also includes trim, windows and other areas.

When carrying out the wash process the overriding goal is not to create further swirl marks within your paintwork. Therefore, if something is

How to apply the product:
1 Shake bottle well before use and wait 3 minutes before opening.
2 Wrap small cloth around soft-side of the applicator.
3 Apply few drops of Q10 Flexil onto applicator covered with small cloth.
4 Apply thin and even layer onto one paintwork section.
5 Leave the layer on the surface for approx. 7-10 minutes (bonding time).
6 Buff the surface with microfiber towel to a high gloss.
7 Move to next paintwork section. Attention: Do not apply Q10 to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.

It is good to know that:
If you want to know if the product is ready to buff, first try to move a hanging towel over drying coating. If the towel slides easily then wait a few minutes until the surface will start to slow it down.

For best results put up to 3 layers of the product with minimum time interval of 3 hours.

What you need to know
1 Use thin rubber protective gloves.
2 Apply indoor only with temperature of 18-24 C.
3 Make sure the car paint is clean and cool.
4 Degrease and remove old coatings from car paint before application.
5 Apply additional layers with minimum time interval of 3 hours.
6 Drying time after application of last layer – 8 hours.
